Terms & Conditions
We have tried to make these as clear as possible, by placing an order with us you agree to abide by our terms and conditions.
Our prices and range of goods may change at any time, without notice and are only binding from the point your order is placed.
The goods remain ours until we have received cleared payment in full from you and there is no outstanding sum owed to us.
When your goods are delivered you must check them and notify us of any damage or an incomplete order in writing within 7 days. If requested by us you must be able to provide reasonable evidence of any damage within 14 days. In the case of a missing order you must notify us within 7 days of the order delivery due date.
If you supply an incorrect address you are liable to pay the return shipping cost and the cost of resending to the correct address.
We do not accept any liability for failure of delivery.. Should any parcel not be received within the stated time it is your responsibility to apply for compensation.
If you are not satisfied with any product you have ordered and received from ourselves, then you may return it to us within 7 days by RECORDED DELIVERY for an exchange, credit note or refund. Postage costs will not form part of the credit note or exchange and will not be refunded. We will not issue replacement items or credit notes until the returned items have been received by us.
We do not vouch for the suitability of any goods for any particular purpose. Customers are advised always to use equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
We cannot be held liable for any damage or injury to property or persons, howsoever caused, by incorrect or inappropriate use of goods provided by us. We will not be liable to you or any third party, in any event, for any direct, indirect or consequential damage or lost profit from use or misuse of goods.
Your statutory and consumer rights are not affected.
